Embedding P4C within the Literacy Curriculum

Aims of the course:
•   To explore the main text types within the literacy curriculum through P4C

•   To recognise opportunities for reading and writing within P4C

•   To use texts that offer opportunities to explore concepts related to global learning

‘A useful way to think, which can be embedded who all are at the curriculum.’

This course is for Y1-Y6 teachers and teaching assistants who are already using P4C but would like to integrate it more fully into literacy.

This course can be delivered as whole-school training for inset days or twilight sessions, contact DECSY for more information.
